Featuring the GRAMMY® Award-winning and Oscar®-nominated songs by Benj Pasek and Justin Paul (La La Land, Dear Evan Hansen), including “The Greatest Show”, “A Million Dreams”, “Come Alive”, “Rewrite the Stars”, “Never Enough” and the Golden Globe® Award-winning “This Is Me” – along with brand-new songs written by the pair especially for the show. With book by Tim Federle (High School Musical: The Musical: The Series, Tuck Everlasting) – this exhilarating musical adaptation is directed and choreographed by Casey Nicholaw (The Book of Mormon, Disney's Hercules).

Based on the 20th Century Fox motion picture, The Greatest Showman, with story by Jenny Bicks.

Performances will run at the Bristol Hippodrome from 15 March - 10 May 2026.

Who is performing in The Greatest Showman?

The role of P.T. Barnum will be played by Josh St. Clair at select performances, including but not limited to 12, 19, 26 April and 3 May.

Please note that the appearance of any particular artist cannot be guaranteed. The schedule is subject to change and may be affected by contracts, holidays, illness, or events beyond our control.



Is there a minimum age requirement to attend the show?

We recommend The Greatest Showman for ages 6+. Children under the age of 4 (including babies in arms) will not be admitted into the theatre. All persons aged 16 or under must be accompanied by an adult and may not sit on their own within the auditorium. All persons entering the theatre, regardless of age, must have a ticket.



Does the performance have any special effects?

The Greatest Showman contains theatrical smoke and fog effects as well as strobe lighting and loud noises during parts of the show.



Is photography allowed in the theatre?

The use of camera and sound recording equipment is strictly prohibited.



Is official show merchandise available to purchase?

Merchandise will be available to purchase before and after the show, and during the interval inside the theatre. Our merchandise kiosks accept payment by card only.



What should I wear?

There is no dress code at the theatre. For all performances, attire should be comfortable and appropriate for the occasion.

Bristol Temple Meads station is 5 minutes away by taxi. Bristol Parkway is approximately 5 miles from the city centre where taxi and bus services are also available.

The nearest car park is Trenchard Street.

You will receive a confirmation email upon completing your booking. Tickets will be sent to you 7 days before your booked performance.



Can I speak to someone about my booking?

If you booked via ATG Tickets, please visit the ATG Customer Service page. If you booked through Disney Tickets, please contact the Disney Guest Services centre, via email on help@disneytickets.co.uk

Are there going to be access performances scheduled?

A captioned performance will take place on Wednesday 29 April at 7:30pm.
An audio described performance will take place on Thursday 30 April at 7:30pm.
A signed performance will take place on Wednesday 6 May at 7:30pm.
