When will I get my tickets to Disney On Ice presents Road Trip Adventures?

Dispatch of tickets may vary between Venues and is dependent on whether they are Mobile ID or print at home tickets.


Tickets for bp pulse LIVE, Birmingham and OVO Wembley Arena, London are delivered as a Mobile ID via the venue’s own app, which is a third-party application. Order details and tickets should be visible in the app 14 days prior to your scheduled performance.


All other venues are e-tickets and will be sent by email 14 days prior to your scheduled performance. You can present the tickets on your mobile device when you arrive at the venue.
