What are the performance times?

How long is the performance?

Each Disney On Ice - Discover the Magic performance lasts approximately 2 hours and includes one 15-20 minute interval.

Is the performance suitable for children?

Disney On Ice is suitable for all ages, although we recommend ages two and up. All guests under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Children under the age of two can attend the show without a ticket if they sit on a parent or guardian's lap throughout the performance.

Does the performance have special effects?

Disney On Ice may include theatrical smoke and fog effects, pyrotechnics and strobe lighting.

Can I record the performance?

Still cameras are permitted, provided that they are non-professional cameras and the photos are intended for personal use only. No video cameras of any kind are allowed in the arena. Digital camera policies are different from arena to arena, so if you have concerns, please contact the specific arena in your area to verify policy details.

Once you have purchased your tickets online or via Guest Services you will receive a confirmation email.

When will I receive my tickets?

Dispatch of tickets may vary between Venues and is dependent on whether they are Mobile ID or print at home tickets.

Tickets for bp pulse LIVE, Birmingham and The O2 Arena, London are delivered as a Mobile ID via the venue’s own app, which is a third-party application. Order details and tickets should be visible in the app 14 days prior to your scheduled performance.

All other venues are e-tickets and will be sent by email 14 days prior to your scheduled performance. You can present the tickets on your mobile device when you arrive at the venue. Please make sure your device is charged and you can successfully open your ticket email attachment before you arrive at the venue.

What is a VIP Ticket?

Add a little extra magic to your Disney On Ice experience with the all-new VIP Magical Pass, including premium seats with some of the best views in the house. Arrive early to enjoy a visit with a special Disney star before the start of the show and commemorate your very special experience with a collectible lanyard. VIP Magical Pass tickets are marked on specific Rinkside seats on the seating plan. Limited availability.
