Accessible and carer tickets are available and can be booked through the venues. We advise you check with your chosen venue before purchasing tickets.

• The minimum amount of tickets required to make a group booking is 10
• All group tickets are standard price with the ability to make a commitment free reservation.
• Children under the age of two can attend the show without a ticket if they sit on a parent or guardian's lap throughout the performance.
• One complimentary ticket for every 10 paid tickets for price bands P1,2,3 only (excludes front row rink side). (11th ticket free). Applies to morning and evening performances only, it excludes afternoon performances.

When will I get my tickets to Disney On Ice presents Discover the Magic?

Dispatch of tickets may vary between Venues and is dependent on whether they are Mobile ID or print at home tickets.

Tickets for bp pulse LIVE, Birmingham and The O2 Arena, London are delivered as a Mobile ID via the venue’s own app, which is a third-party application. Order details and tickets should be visible in the app 14 days prior to your scheduled performance.

All other venues are e-tickets and will be sent by email 14 days prior to your scheduled performance. You can present the tickets on your mobile device when you arrive at the venue. Please make sure your device is charged and you can successfully open your ticket email attachment before you arrive at the venue.
