Can I use Disney Tickets Gift Vouchers to book access concessions?

As each venue operates its own access scheme on separate systems, please purchase a gift voucher directly with the venue. Accessibility contact information for each show can be found by visiting the web page for each show in our navigation menu.

When and where can I redeem Disney Tickets Gift Vouchers?

Our e-vouchers can be redeemed immediately and are valid for 24 months from date of purchase, tickets may be for performances after the expiry date. They can only be used when booking for shows directly at booking.disneytickets.co.uk.
We advise Guests redeem their e-vouchers as soon as possible as ticket availability is subject to change and may not be available close to their preferred performance date.

Can I make a partial payment with Disney Tickets Gift Vouchers?

Yes, you can pay for a booking with a combination of our e-vouchers and a valid credit/debit card.

I haven’t received my Disney Tickets Gift Voucher by email, what do I do?

How do I check the balance of my Disney Tickets Gift Voucher?

Can I get a refund for my Disney Tickets Gift Vouchers?

If you decide you do not want a Gift Voucher before it has been redeemed, you have up to 14 days after purchase in which to cancel it by emailing us at help@disneytickets.co.uk. Please include your Gift Voucher code, name, email address and proof of purchase. You are not entitled to cancel tickets and/or merchandise redeemed with the Gift Voucher unless set out in the applicable Terms and Conditions of Sale. A Gift Voucher is not returnable or cancellable beyond 14 days after purchase and a Gift Voucher balance cannot be exchanged for cash or redeemed against the purchase of another Gift Voucher.
