Group Tickets purchased shall not be offered for resale via social media channels to individual members, unless otherwise agreed in writing by The Walt Disney Company. Offer is subject to availability and may be revoked at any time. All sales final. No refunds or exchanges permitted. Prices, dates, times and cast are subject to change without notice.

Once issued, tickets cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed and are only valid for the event for which it is issued. The unlawful resale or attempted resale of the ticket is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation.

Holder agrees, by the use of the ticket, not to transmit or aid in transmitting any description, account, picture, or reproduction of the show. Holder grants permission to Disney to use the holder’s image or likeness in connection with any live or recorded video or other transmission of the show.

Children under the age of 4 will not be admitted to the theatre. All persons aged 16 or under must be accompanied by an adult and may not sit on their own in the auditorium.

All Group tickets made available for sale must only be advertised and sold as such at the Group rate or full price (if a group rate is not applicable). Under no circumstances shall Group tickets be advertised as individual tickets with discounted or exclusive rates preferential to individual tickets available at the box office or online.

Group sales currently available on selected seats and performances from 1 September 2025 to 31 October 2026, excluding:

Friday 19 December 2025 - Saturday 3 January 2026
Friday 13 February 2026 - Saturday 21 February 2026
Monday 30 March 2026 - Friday 17 April 2026
Monday 25 May 2026 - Friday 29 May 2026
Monday 20 July 2026 - Friday 28 August 2026, and
Monday 19 October 2026 - Saturday 31 October 2026.

And additional exclusion dates as determined by Disney in its sole discretion.

Valid at select Monday to Thursday performances.

For every ten (10) paid student tickets, Groups receive one (1) free ticket for use by a teacher.
