FROZEN is brought to the stage by an award-winning creative team, with direction by Tony® and Olivier Award winner Michael Grandage and a book by Academy® and BAFTA Award winner Jennifer Lee. The show features the cherished songs from the original film alongside new songs by Grammy® and Academy Award-winning writers Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez, creators of the global phenomenon Let It Go.

What are the performance times?
Wednesday to Saturday at 7:00pm
Thursday & Saturday at 2:30pm
Sunday at 1:00pm & 5:30pm
We recommend that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the performance start time.
How long is the performance?
The performance lasts approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes and includes one interval.
Is the performance suitable for children?
Frozen the Musical is recommended for a general audience. As an advisory to adults who might bring young people, Disney recommends Frozen the Musical for ages 6 and up. Children under the age of 3 will not be admitted into the theatre. All persons aged 16 or under must be accompanied by an adult and may not sit on their own within the auditorium. All persons entering the theatre, regardless of age must have a ticket.
Does the performance have special effects?
Please note that smoke, haze and strobe lighting is used during the show.
Can I record the performance?
The use of camera and sound recording equipment is strictly prohibited.

Directions from Covent Garden tube station:
(5mins) Go right on Long Acre; turn right into Bow Street and after 100 metres it will be on your left in Russell Street/Catherine Street.

Theatre Royal Drury Lane is situated in the heart of London’s West End. The theatre is currently closed for restoration and will reopen in spring 2021.

After you have purchased your tickets:
Once you have purchased your tickets online or via Guest Services you will receive a confirmation email.
If you have Print at Home tickets, please ensure they’re clearly printed before you arrive at the venue. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the performance starts.
When will I receive my tickets?
If you are expecting to receive your tickets by post, they will arrive in the week before your performance. If you have not received your tickets in the post 48 hours prior to the performance, please call our Guest Services team on 0800 640 8101. E-tickets will become available 24 hours before the performance.

Access Performances
To book an access performance or to discuss additional access requirements for your booking, please email access@lwtheatres.co.uk. If it is not convenient to email, please call 020 7557 7300 between 9:30am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday and we will arrange for a member of the LW Theatres Access team to give you a call back. At the current time, while theatres remain closed across the West End, it is not possible to purchase tickets in person. We hope this does not cause any inconvenience. Tickets will be available to purchase in person again when LW Theatre Box Offices reopen.
Relaxed Performance
FROZEN is committed to creating a friendly and inclusive audience experience and is delighted to host its first Relaxed Performance in London’s Theatre Royal Drury Lane on Sunday 25 July 2021 at 12.30pm.
Relaxed Performances are specially adapted to be accessible to a wide range of audiences such as those on the autism spectrum, those with a learning disability, or anyone with additional sensory needs. There are extra trained staff on hand, and dedicated quiet areas inside the theatre should anyone need to leave their seat.
