Purpose
The purpose for which we are processing your personal data is to respond to your request for information about or your booking of a teaching workshop and to send you information about upcoming Disney productions that we think you may be interested in booking for your school and to keep you updated about new products and services related to our professional relationship with you.
Legal basis of processing
The legal basis for processing your personal data is that processing is necessary to manage your request and our ongoing relationship with you and your school.
Recipients
Your personal data will be shared by us with our agents and service providers who may be managing our teaching events. As your personal data will be stored in our IT systems it may also be shared with our data processors who provide email, customer/contact relationship management, document management and storage services to us.
Retention
Disney will store your personal data for the length of time needed to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
Your rights
You have the right to request information on the processing of your personal data and to have the personal data corrected, erased and/or oppose the processing, if factually inaccurate or incomplete or irrelevant to the purposes of the processing.
International transfers
As your personal data may also be stored on our central IT systems, and may be shared with our data processors, it may be transferred outside the European Economic Area. If so, Disney will ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to ensure an adequate level of protection with respect to the privacy rights of individuals by using EU Commission Model Contract Clauses with the third party.
