When can I purchase Magical Monday tickets for participating shows?
Magical Monday tickets go on sale at noon on the Monday of the week of the performance.
Is there a limit to the number of Magical Monday tickets I can purchase?
For Frozen the Musical there is a limit of four Magical Monday tickets per performance, subject to availability.
For all other productions there is a limit of two Magical Monday tickets per performance, subject to availability.
How do I access Magical Monday tickets?
You will need to create a Disney account in order to log in, or you may use an existing Disney account. Log into the Disney Magical Monday Page on the day of the performance you wish to attend, and choose from the available productions. You will be placed in a queue. If there are Magical Monday tickets still available once you have reached the front of the queue, you can select and purchase up to two tickets from the available inventory.
How many Magical Monday tickets are sold per show?
The total number of Magical Monday tickets varies for each participating performance on a daily basis, subject to availability and demand.
What happens if I am not able to purchase Magical Monday tickets for my preferred performance?
When all Magical Monday tickets for a participating performance are sold out, you can choose to purchase regular tickets, purchase tickets to another participating show, or try again on a different day.
Do I need to re-register if I wish to purchase Magical Monday tickets again in the future?
Once you have created your Disney Account, it can be used purchase Magical Monday tickets whenever they are available. There is no need to create multiple accounts.
Can I choose the location of my Magical Monday tickets?
It is not possible to request specific seats or areas when purchasing Magical Monday tickets.

Beauty and the Beast the Musical
Unless otherwise stated, all shows are recommended for a general audience. As an advisory to adults who might bring young people, all productions are recommended for ages 6 and up. Children under the age of 3 will not be admitted into the theatre. All persons aged 16 or under must be accompanied by an adult and may not sit on their own within the auditorium. All persons entering the theatres, regardless of age must have a ticket.

Once I have purchased my tickets what happens?
Once you have purchased your tickets online or via Guest Services you will receive a confirmation email.
If you are collecting your tickets at the box office please print the confirmation and bring it to the box office. If you have Print at Home tickets, please ensure they’re clearly printed before you arrive at the venue. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the performance starts. Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
