Disney On Ice is suitable for all ages, although we recommend ages two and up. All guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Children under the age of two can attend the show without a ticket if they sit on a parent or guardian’s lap throughout the performance.

If you have purchased your tickets online you will receive a confirmation email.
All tickets will be posted out to you closer to the performance time and can arrive up to 72 hours prior to the performance date.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
There is no dress code at the venue. For all performances, attire should be comfortable and appropriate for the occasion.
WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
The venue usually opens 60 minutes prior to the performance commencing. We suggest allowing ample time for traffic, parking and entrance into the venue.
