By underground and train

Train: Charing Cross (approx. 550m)

By bus

Parking: If you're driving into the West End to see the show, take advantage of the Q-Park Theatreland Parking Scheme saving you 50% off car parking for up to 24 hours. Performance Times

Monday to Saturday at 7:30pm
Thursday and Saturday at 2:30pm


The performance lasts approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes including one interval.

Suitable For Children

Aladdin is recommended for a general audience. As an advisory to adults who might bring young people, Disney recommends Aladdin for ages 6 and up. Children under the age of 3 will not be admitted into the theatre. All persons aged 16 or under must be accompanied and sat next to the accompanying adult. They may not sit on their own within the auditorium. If children do have separate seats you could be refused entry. All persons entering the theatre, regardless of age, must have a ticket.

How Does It Work

If you have purchased your tickets online you will receive a confirmation email.

If you have chosen to collect your tickets at the box office please print the confirmation and bring to the box office on the day, a minimum of 30 minutes before the performance starts.

If you have chosen to print your tickets at home, please print all your tickets off and show them at the main entrance on arrival at the venue.

If you have chosen to receive your tickets by post, tickets are sent closer to the performance time and can arrive up to 72 hours prior to the performance date.

There is no dress code at the theatre. For all performances, attire should be comfortable and appropriate for the occasion.

The venue usually opens 45-60 minutes prior to the performance commencing. We would recommend that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the show start time.

The use of camera and sound recording equipment is strictly prohibited.

Your security is of the utmost importance to us. To make sure your visit is as safe as possible, enhanced security measures are currently in place at the theatre. As a result, it may take longer to get into the building. We therefore recommend you arrive in plenty of time to enable us to conduct bag checks. We strongly advise that you do not bring large bags to the theatre. Cloakroom facilities are available for coats and umbrellas, but we are unable to accept large bags and luggage.
